Great Product



This just arrived today. Took about 2 hours to assemble but it's pretty easy. I almost bought this from another site because they were going to assemble it (would've been 200 extra dollars for that) and I am very glad I did it myself.



This unit is extremely sturdy and well put together. I was a bit nervous to buy this because I have young kids I did not want to trash it. Believe me they couldn't! This is far too well-designed and durable.



Worked out for about an hour and I love it. Lots of exercises you can do (both muscular and cardio) and you can really feel it.



As others have noted on other models I can see how the weights (200 lbs) might not be enough but I am not looking to become the Incredible Hulk. This unit is perfect to stay fit and not let those holiday meals get the upper hand.



I really recommend this to anyone who wants to work at home and does not want to be bored with the same old routine (treadmill stationary bike etc.)

I love this more than my own mother.

I was a little leery of making this purchase. Normally products that seem too simple for too reasonable of a price just never end up satisfying in the way you hope (e.g. The Dodge Neon anything on Jack in the Box's value menu my two years at DeVry). But this? Oh. Oh my faith has been restored in cheap American products.



Because you see kids. This is a WELL ENGINEERED cheap American product. Yes a rarity. I was worried that it would be difficult to assemble. I was worried that it wouldn't really hang from my door frame. I was worried that it would break under my underwhelming 155lbs. I was worried the Utah Jazz wouldn't be able to gear up and start winning road games as the playoffs grew nigh.



I mostly worried for naught.



I assembled the Iron Gym Extreme in about 15 minutes. Probably could have done so a lot more quickly but I was distracted by Boston Legal on DVD and by gunning my power ratchet wrench at my cat to stop her from playing in the packing materials.



(Note: You do NOT need your own tools to assemble this product. It comes with a little tool. But you can speed up the process with your own tools. You should have your own tools anyway you know? Be a man.)



Once you assemble the Iron Gym Extreme you'll need to pick a doorway. It seemed to fit all my doorways perfectly but I have heard word of older houses having issues. You will need to insert a small metal wedge into the top of your doorjamb. This helps to secure the device and make sure it doesn't fall on anyone's head. It's not as scary as it sounds you just kinda shove the thing behind the wood. Then you kinda wiggle it and say "Will that hold it?" Then a few minutes later you say "Gol-darn it WILL hold it. Ain't that somethin'." Should any friends be standing nearby this would be an excellent time to exchange high-fives.



I then chin-upped. Well I tried. God as my witness I had no idea I was such a puss. I had like no upper-body strength. I'm pretty sure I heard my cat laughing at me somewhere down the hall behind me but the blood was thumping in my ears so I can't be sure. But the bar sure worked!



I didn't give up and kept at the bar. Now no several weeks later I'm nowhere close to entering any Ultimate Fighting Competitions or anything but I can do buttloads of reps now and my cat has stopped mocking me.



This product has been excellent. Buy with confidence.



The Utah Jazz however appear to be headed towards a first-round sweep at the hands of the L.A. Lakers.

Hot Socks !!!

Amazon notes that these socks are "only made from the finest yarns." They mean it too! These socks keep your feet warm; and they are very well made and last forever. I especially like the way that they are reinforced at the heel and toe for lots and lots of wear. These athletic crew socks can be worn for athletic activities but of course they could be worn for everyday routine use as well. In addition they are mostly made of cotton but Gold Toe adds stretch nylon and a little bit of spandex. Oh sure these socks may cost a bit more--but you get so much use out of them that these socks inevitably pay for themselves.



These crew length socks also fit any shoe size between 7 and 12; therefore it is--almost--one size fits all. These socks also come in a "king size" which fits shoe sizes 12 to 16 for the big and tall customer. Excellent! The sock itself comes in white or black; but the toe area is literally made from gold colored fibers.



I would not dry these socks at high temperatures. This could result in the sock becoming too loose on your foot. Eventually they will "bunch up" when you wear them and that's very uncomfortable. Dry these fine socks at a lower temperature. Then they will remain just as comfortable as ever. I know mine do!



Overall you can't go wrong buying these socks. They keep your feet extra warm during colder weather. Moreover there is a king size for the big and tall customer as well; that size is harder to find these days. They are manufactured so well that you definitely get your money's worth. A good deal!

Product met my needs.

I have used this bag a lot and it has met my needs. I use it as a gym bag and also used it as a carry-on during a recent flight. It stored a change of clothes laptop and running shoes with ease. The handles are secure and stitched really well. The navy color looks good against the contrast of black webbing and silver logo. I am not really a big Under Armour fan so I was skeptical before I ordered it but it seemed to be the only choice with consistently high reviews and it does lives up to the fanfare. If I could make it better I would ditch the roll up mat as I don't use it and would rather have the space. As others have mentioned a "valuables" pocket would be nice. The big outside pocket is the handiest to use for wallet watches etc but this leaves things in plain view through the upper mesh. The side pocket works for valuables but I normally have stuff in that pocket already and my watch and keys always end up in the bottom where I have to dig them out. The medium size worked well for me the large would have definitely been too big. I purchased this through Amazon from Ebags. I found that it was cheaper through Amazon than on Ebags website directly. Fantastic Glo Bag

This is the best thought out gym bag I have ever had (and I've had a few)!



Its like a hanging wardrobe! The interior of the bag is really well divided up and this means your clothes remain crease free and well away from your smelly socks !!!!



The accessories for the bag are great as well - I have the wash bag which holds more than enough to take you through a weekend away - in fact the whole bag would be great for travel and its very comfortable to carry as well with out being too bulky.



The bag comes with an extra hanger so if your locker is an odd shape you can hang it up on a rail instead of the hooks

Ball Burst after just 3 months of use

I liked the ball and have been using it almost daily since I purchased it in early July today the ball started to make a whining sound and 10 seconds later I was flat on the floor and the ball had an 18" split down the side perpendicular to the bands.
